- Project Deposits: Project deposits, typically required to secure a spot in our development schedule, are non-refundable. These deposits cover initial consultation, resource allocation, and project setup costs.
- Milestone Payments: Payments for project milestones that have been completed and approved by the client are non-refundable. Our process involves client approval at each stage, ensuring satisfaction before moving forward.
- Project Cancellation: If a project is canceled by the client, any payments made for completed work are non-refundable. Starblack Media reserves the right to retain any deposits and milestone payments. If Starblack Media cancels a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the work completed.
Starblack Tech Academy
This policy applies to all courses and programs offered through the Starblack Tech Academy.
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our academy courses. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial enrollment date, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
- After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued after 7 calendar days from the date of enrollment.
- How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at academy.admissions@starblackmedia.example.com with your enrollment details and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
General Terms
